MSc HCPC

Steven is a HCPC chartered Physiotherapist, personal trainer and sports massage therapist with over 14 years of experience bridging the gap between clinical rehabilitation and high-performance strength and conditioning. As the founder of Perform Health Co, he established the Bruntsfield clinic to bridge the gap between pain & performance, using evidence-based treatment and rehab.

This unique triple-qualification and experience means your care doesn’t stop when you outgrow basic rehabilitation. Whether you are recovering from an acute sports injury, managing chronic discomfort, or training for a marathon, Steven combines advanced clinical assessment with highly targeted strength, movement, and conditioning strategies to get you back to peak performance and keep you there.

Driven by a passion for evidence-based practice and functional longevity, Steven designs comprehensive, customised care pathways that empower clients to move without restriction, build robust physical resilience, and achieve their ultimate fitness goals.

“My passion is getting clients of all ages and abilities stronger and living pain-free and helping incorporate health and fitness into their daily life. Often small changes and new habits can create huge lasting results. I love working together with clients who want to remain active, particularly when change previously seemed so difficult. I think we’ve created a relaxing and welcoming clinic space in the heart of Bruntsfield that doesn’t feel too clinical or Intimidating”.

Chartered Physiotherapist, Personal Trainer, Level 5 Soft-Tissue Massage Therapist and acupuncture & dry-Needling qualified.
